Kids first is an award winning Daycare , government funded playgroup and afterschool club. We are located in South Belfast and are registered to care for children age 0-12 years between the hours of 7.30am - 6pm daily .We strive to provide high quality childcare with happy and loving surroundings, were children and families can feel at home.
